Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our small handmade business.

We product check all our orders prior to dispatching and document the condition. Please check measurements prior to purchasing as we can not offer a refund on incorrect size.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item providing photos of the product. To be eligible for a refund , items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your payment provider.
