We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Please note that as a small handmade business, there may be occasional delays due to unexpected circumstances or high order volume. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer domestic shipping via Sendle & Australia Post Australia Wide only , No international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package’s progress. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages or incorrect addresses once they have been shipped.

To avoid any delivery issues, please double-check that you have provided the correct address information when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it to you, but there will be an additional shipping cost.
